Burrville P.A.S.T.: The Burrville Parent, Alumni, Scholar, Teacher organization is a voluntary member organization for parents, staff and community members.  Meetings are scheduled on the third Thursday of each month. Membership dues are $10 per school year.

The P.A.S.T. dues combined with monies raised through a variety of P.A.S.T. fundraising activities help pay for the following:

 Curriculum and Instructional Resources

 Stipends for faculty to use for classrooms/supplies

 Resource materials (music, physical education, art, library, science, and computer technology)

 Special school-wide events and programs

 Other support as needed and/or voted upon by membership-at-large.

The Burrville P.A.S.T. body annually elects an Executive Committee consisting of President, Vice President Treasurer, and Secretary. The board meets every other month one hour prior to the P.A.S.T. meeting. Any ideas, questions, or comments must be submitted to the board through the P.A.S.T. box in the main office. All parents, community members and teachers are invited to attend general body meetings on the third Thursday of each month (changes in this date will be articulated in a timely fashion). Suggestions for agenda items, or floor time, should be addressed to the board at least 3 days prior to any meeting.

The P.A.S.T. also has Standing Committees to assist the school, such as the Fundraising, PR and Membership, School Improvement, Social Support, Hospitality, Events, etc.
